Almost a week into phase two and current weight is 196.2 so I have been steadily losing.
Haven't really had the
urge to cheat and Ive had next to no hunger pains so far. Really wanted to exercise more then I have but either I cant find the time or
don't have the energy. However I have been offered another incredible deal.
Bodywork's Fitness has asked me to participate in a 16 week free program for 25 women as a testimonial profile. They provide supervised training and a fitness and body fat assessment. Not sure if I'm going to except though. Seems like most of the gyms here are filled with the tan fit supermodel type and
I'm not sure If I would be comfortable with exercising in front of other people. We'll see.
