A big fat intro

My name is Amanda and I'm a 27 year old mother of 2 beautiful little girls. My youngest is only 6 months old and my oldest is 8. I weighed 250 lbs in September at the time of my delivery and have managed to lose the first 50lbs rather quickly but now I'm stuck fluctuating between 200 and 205 lbs. My daughter weighed 9lbs.2oz. when she was born which required me to deliver her via c-section and my abdomen and muscle tone is definitely not the same. I now for a lack of a better word......SAG! I am 5 foot, 7 inches tall and have weighed 200lbs. since the birth of my first daughter but I was never this unhappy with my appearance and I thought I carried my weight rather well before this surgery.

I have most recently tried the following exercise programs
Curves
The Exercise Ball
Leg Magic
Turbo Jam
Yoga Booty Ballet
But I am no longer on maternity leave and I'm a nurse by profession and now lack the time for rigorous exercise.

Well anyways, to make a long story short. I read " The Weight Loss Cure" by Kevin Trudeau and became aware of HCG and how it targets the fat deposit areas. Further research led me to this challenge.

I am extremely excited and thankful for being given the opportunity to participate in this challenge but a little nervous at the same time. More nervous about posting blogs then sticking myself with the needles, But I promise to do my best. I can't wait to get started!

Hopefully I can add a picture of my fat self and a list of my current measurements with my next blog. I had a little difficulty uploading a photo to this one, but I'm sure I'll get the hang of it!

Hi Amanda i am also a nurse by profession, i am 44 years old now and reading your story reminds me of me when i was younger. I have never tried HCG and never really heard of it until a few weeks ago when i heard of this challenge. I hope you achieve all your goals and just remember that it will get better, working in a hospital environment i have gained invaluable friends and supporters for life and i have no doubt you will do the same.
